False Gods LLC is looking to raise between $28 million - $40 million to produce the four animated films that make up the Saga of the Reality Crucible. This investment is to be for a period of six (6) years and can either be in Equity or Debt financing, although Equity financing is preferable.
Film financing has certain structures in place to aid in financing between 20% to 50% of the project. The additional 50% comes from investor financing. These financing vehicles include Pre-Sales and Tax Credit. Our aim is to finance the projects with 30% Tax Credits and 20% Pre-Sales which would equate to $20 million of the cost. A $28 million investment by an investor or investors would the eliminate need for Pre-sales and increase the investor's equity stake thereby allowing for greater profit share to the investor(s). Net profits will be spit 50/50 for the life of the film between FALSE GODS LLC and the total number of investors. In other words, if there is one investor who provides 100% of the investment needed for the project that investor would receive 50% of the net profit. Should there be two or more investors each investor would receive a commensurate share of that 50% of net profit to equal the percentage of their contribution. Third-party profit participants (e.g., the writer, director, etc.) will be paid from FALSE GOD LLC’s share of net profits.
